The exhibition officially opened on August 28 at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi ). Attending were General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.

Also attending were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, former National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and many leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, ministries, sectors, localities, and representatives of enterprises participating in the exhibition...

Along with the spaces of many units, the exhibition space of Hue City is designed with its own characteristics with the theme "Hue - Heritage, identity and green development vision".

With an exhibition area of ​​over 600m2, Hue City's exhibition space introduces to the public and international friends a comprehensive view of the historical journey, culture, identity and development orientation of Hue City - a land with over 700 years of history, a place where the quintessence of national culture converges and is the first heritage city of Vietnam.

The exhibition space has 5 areas designed throughout: Hue - from ancient to modern urban areas; Hue - heritage city; Hue - Ao Dai capital; OCOP product and experience space; Hue - green urban area and sustainable development.

On this occasion, Hue City also displayed a culinary space with the theme "Quintessence of the royal court - the taste of the ancient capital", introducing high-class, luxurious royal dishes, imbued with artistry and sophistication, once served in the royal palace, the lord's palace, and rustic cuisine imbued with local identity.

On the night of September 2, also at the exhibition center, there will be a Hue art night, introducing the quintessence of traditional and contemporary performing arts, imbued with Hue identity.

According to the representative of the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City, participating in the exhibition not only affirms Hue's position as a unique cultural and tourism center of Vietnam but also conveys the aspiration to build a city with sustainable development, environmentally friendly, blending the past and the future.
