Participating in the 4th session of the Job Exchange in 2025, there were 20 enterprises in the province, with a need to recruit more than 10,000 jobs in industries such as steel, mechanics, textiles, footwear, furniture... Accordingly, there are 5,794 jobs requiring unskilled workers; 2,333 jobs at elementary and vocational levels; 1,213 positions at intermediate and technical worker levels; 861 jobs requiring university and college degrees.

According to forecasts, in 2025, the labor recruitment demand of enterprises in the province will be more than 18,000 workers to meet the production and business needs of enterprises.
In the first quarter of 2025, our province created new jobs for more than 4,500 workers. The number of workers going to work abroad under contract was 250, an increase of 18.3% over the same period in 2024.
