More than 10 thousand job positions need to recruit workers

There are 20 enterprises in the province that need to recruit more than 10,000 jobs, in industries such as steel, mechanics, textiles, footwear, furniture... at the Quang Ngai province job fair - the 4th session in 2025 organized by the Department of Home Affairs at the Provincial Employment Service Center on the morning of April 26.

Participating in the 4th session of the Job Exchange in 2025, there were 20 enterprises in the province, with a need to recruit more than 10,000 jobs in industries such as steel, mechanics, textiles, footwear, furniture... Accordingly, there are 5,794 jobs requiring unskilled workers; 2,333 jobs at elementary and vocational levels; 1,213 positions at intermediate and technical worker levels; 861 jobs requiring university and college degrees.

In addition, this job fair also provides information on high-income foreign labor markets, such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc.

According to forecasts, in 2025, the labor recruitment demand of enterprises in the province will be more than 18,000 workers to meet the production and business needs of enterprises.

In the first quarter of 2025, our province created new jobs for more than 4,500 workers. The number of workers going to work abroad under contract was 250, an increase of 18.3% over the same period in 2024.

According to statistics from the Department of Home Affairs, this year's recruitment demand of enterprises requiring degrees and certificates is more than 34%. This confirms that the quality of human resources of enterprises is changing in a positive direction. At the same time, to attract workers, in addition to ensuring good salaries, many enterprises and recruitment units also offer preferential policies and high benefits.
