Implementing the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 1430/UBND-NC dated August 15, 2025 on implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Official Dispatch No. 96/CV-TU dated August 1, 2025; Plan No. 13/KH-UBDN dated July 31, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee; the Department of Home Affairs issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND dated August 7, 2025 on sending civil servants and public employees to work at the grassroots level. The Plan also clearly stated the purpose of increasing qualified and experienced human resources to support and advise the People's Committees at the commune, ward and special zone levels to effectively perform the state management function within the scope of the Department according to the 2-level local government model. At the same time, sending civil servants and public employees to the grassroots level also contributes to training and fostering the team of civil servants and public employees of the Department of Home Affairs from grassroots practice, contributing to building a team of competent cadres, civil servants and public employees, well meeting the requirements of assigned tasks in the new situation.
Up to now, the Department of Home Affairs has seconded 04 comrades who are civil servants of specialized departments to work in the communes: Dak Mar, Ya Ly, Dak Ro Wa and Ro Koi. On behalf of the Department's leadership, comrade Ta Cong Dung - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs encouraged and required the civil servants on secondment to comply with all leadership and direction of the comrades who are leaders of the Commune People's Committee. At the same time, strictly comply with the regulations on reporting on the situation of advising and performing tasks to the Head of the specialized department in charge at the Department of Home Affairs. The Director of the Department hopes that during the secondment period, the comrades will focus on researching and advising on the good performance of assigned tasks, demonstrating the mettle of the Home Affairs sector, and learning more experiences to continue serving the work. He emphasized that this is also a valuable opportunity for the comrades to be trained and developed in the future.
Comrade Pham Thi Thu Thuy , representing the seconded civil servants this time, expressed her thanks to the Director of the Department and the Department's leaders for their attention and creating conditions for the civil servants to have the opportunity to study and advise on performing tasks in the locality. In the coming time, she hopes to receive the attention, direction and coordination in performing tasks between the comrades at the specialized departments of the Department of Home Affairs.
