On the afternoon of August 14, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van visited and presented gifts to families with revolutionary contributions in Cam Thanh and Nghia Lo wards, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Van Tuong Victory Day (August 18, 1965 - August 18, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Accompanying the delegation were Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tran The Phan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Thi Bich Tho.

Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Bui Thi Quynh Van and delegates accompanying the delegation visited and presented gifts to families with revolutionary contributions, including: wounded soldiers Ngo Hong Hanh, wounded soldiers Phan Thanh Hiep, wounded soldiers Nguyen Huynh, in Cam Thanh ward; wounded soldiers Phan Cong Chanh, wounded soldiers Tran Van Bieu and wounded soldiers Huynh Van Ba, in Nghia Lo ward. These wounded soldiers all participated in the war, contributing to the glorious Van Tuong Victory 60 years ago.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van asked about the health and expressed gratitude and deep appreciation for the contributions and sacrifices of wounded and sick soldiers in the struggle for national liberation and reunification.

At the same time, it affirmed that the Van Tuong Victory has extremely great historical significance, a brilliant milestone reflecting the revolutionary spirit of our nation during the resistance war to protect the country.
