More than 100 officials of the Youth Union of Nghe An Provincial Party Committees received training to improve their professional skills.

The conference aims to improve knowledge and professional skills for the Youth Union staff in the context of digital transformation and the requirement to innovate the Youth Union's operating methods, at the same time, creating a forum for exchanging, connecting, and sharing good models and creative and effective ways of doing things.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training program, Comrade Tran Quang Hoa - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies hoped that the Youth Union cadres would continuously study, practice, and innovate their thinking to adapt to the new context. Especially the application of information technology, digital communication and protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

The training content is scientifically and practically constructed, harmoniously combining theory and practice, focusing on key topics such as: Updating current events, socio -economic situation in 2025; orientation to fight against wrong and hostile viewpoints; planning skills, organizing collective activities; teamwork skills and developing soft skills for Youth Union officials.

In particular, the conference devoted time to implementing the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on preserving and promoting national cultural identity", helping union members more deeply perceive the role of culture in building people and union activities.

In addition, the topic "Improving digital capacity - Applying AI in Union communication" brings a new and practical approach, directly guided by experts from Animo Studio, supporting union members to get acquainted with digital communication tools, contributing to improving the effectiveness of propaganda and spreading the image of the Union organization in the technology era.

The second day of the conference was organized in the form of practical training in Anh Son district (old), with a series of meaningful activities: Offering incense at the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs Cemetery, organizing a "Gratitude Meal - Gratitude Garden", donating solar lamps to light up policy families in Nhan Hoa commune, and teambuilding activities to unite members.

The training conference is an annual activity organized by the Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies, demonstrating the initiative in training and improving the capacity of Youth Union cadres; at the same time, contributing to building a team of Youth Union members "firm in ideals, good at expertise, strong in skills, deep in practice", meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
