On July 12 and 13, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PCCC-CNCH) of Ho Chi Minh City Police coordinated with the management boards and management boards of apartment buildings and high-rise buildings to organize a program to experience and practice firefighting and rescue skills for residents of apartment buildings and high-rise buildings with many practical activities.

Accordingly, at Becamex social housing, Viet-Sing residential area in Ward 4, An Phu Ward, residents were instructed on fire safety, how to identify and handle fires, move people with bare hands, and move to escape in a space of smoke and toxic gas.
In addition, fire prevention and rescue officers and soldiers also "knocked on the door" of each apartment to distribute fire safety manuals, mobilized people to sign a commitment to comply with fire safety regulations, dismantled "tiger cages", and opened escape routes to ensure rescue in case of fire or explosion.
Residents living here are also instructed to install the Help application - a platform to support fire alarms and rescue; "transformed" into firefighters, using fire extinguishers, hoses, and fire hoses to put out fires.

Becamex social housing area, Viet-Sing residential area has 368 apartments with about 1,000 residents. Since 2023, many fire safety inter-family teams have been established and expanded. The fire safety inter-family teams here have promptly participated in extinguishing dozens of fires immediately after arriving at the scene.
