Speaking at the program, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Health Dinh Hong Phong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Sponsors of Hanoi Children's Fund emphasized: In recent years, Hanoi People's Committee has always paid attention to and directed local Party committees, authorities and departments, branches and organizations in the area to do a good job of protecting, caring for and educating children, especially children in difficult circumstances.

Currently, the whole city has more than 2.1 million children, of which 14,475 are children in special circumstances, the number of children at risk of falling into special circumstances is 16,870, in addition there are many children in difficult circumstances who need the attention of the community.

Implementing the project "Mobilizing resources to protect children in difficult circumstances in Hanoi for the period 2021 - 2025", in 2025, the Hanoi Children's Fund Sponsorship Council directed the Social Work Center and the Hanoi Children's Fund to mobilize more than 10 billion VND, including money and goods, to support nearly 7,000 children in special and difficult circumstances.

The activities to support children in 2025 are thanks to the actions of units, businesses, and philanthropists, including Thien Tam Fund; Doan Thi Diem Primary School; Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank); Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company No. 5; El Group; sponsors of the Shining Club...

In particular, the discussion and exchange activities between sponsors and children at the program help business representatives better understand the children's circumstances and determination to rise up, and at the same time, clearly see the value of support, sponsorship and sponsorship activities for special fates and difficult circumstances.

At the program, with the support from sponsors: Vietnam Children's Fund, Thien Tam Fund, Ao Vua Joint Stock Company, Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company No. 5, Minh Cuong Mechanical - Construction - Trading Joint Stock Company, YDHH Vietnam Bicycle and Electric Vehicle Company Limited, Juno Milk Nutrition Joint Stock Company, and a number of other organizations and individuals, the Organizing Committee awarded support funds, bicycles, scholarships and gifts to 200 children in special circumstances and difficult circumstances from 15 communes and wards in the city with a total cost of more than 735 million VND.
