According to the General Statistics Office, the total state budget revenue in November is estimated at 201.5 trillion VND, the accumulated total state budget revenue in the first 11 months of 2025 reached 2,397.7 trillion VND, equal to 121.9% of the year's estimate and an increase of 30.9% over the same period last year.

Budget revenue increased sharply thanks to the fiscal policy of reducing and extending taxes, fees, charges and land rents, helping businesses and people quickly overcome difficulties, adapt flexibly, recover and develop production and business activities. At the same time, the financial sector focused on implementing budget collection tasks, promoting digital transformation and applying information technology in tax management.
Of which, domestic revenue reached VND2,059.5 trillion, equal to 123.4% of the year's estimate and increased by 35.2% over the same period last year.
Revenue from crude oil reached 43.7 trillion VND, equal to 82.2% of the year's estimate and down 16.7%; budget revenue from import-export activities for the month reached nearly 293 trillion VND, equal to 124.7% of the year's estimate and up 15.1%.
Also according to the General Statistics Office, total state budget expenditure in November is estimated at 213.3 trillion VND, accumulated in the first eleven months of 2025 is 2,049.7 trillion VND, equal to 79.5% of the year's estimate and an increase of 32.5% over the same period last year.
Of which, regular expenditure reached 1,398 trillion VND, equal to 87.5% and increased by 32.4%; development investment expenditure was 553.3 trillion VND, equal to 70% and increased by 39.2%; debt interest payment was 92.2 trillion VND, equal to 83.4% and increased by 0.8%.
State budget expenditures ensure the needs of socio- economic development, national defense, security, state management, payment of due debts as well as timely payment to subjects according to regulations.
