Of which, central budget revenue reached 12,413.4 billion VND, local budget revenue reached 42,496.1 billion VND. Domestic revenue continued to play the main role, accounting for 90.3% of total revenue, estimated at 49,601.9 billion VND, up 22.3% over the same period last year.

Some major revenue sources account for a large proportion, such as: revenue from the non-state industrial and commercial sector is estimated at VND 19,700.3 billion (accounting for 35.9% of total revenue); revenue from foreign-invested enterprises is VND 7,315.5 billion (accounting for 13.3%); revenue from houses and land is VND 7,652.5 billion (accounting for 13.9%); personal income tax is VND 5,762.7 billion (accounting for 10.5% of total revenue).

According to Da Nang Statistics, revenue from housing and land increased the most, thanks to the real estate market continuing to recover positively. This result was achieved by the city's efforts to remove legal obstacles, adjust land price frameworks and promote the progress of many key infrastructure projects.
