Real estate continues to be a bright spot in Da Nang's economy.

DNVN - According to the Da Nang Statistical Office, real estate business activities continue to be a bright spot among other service groups, contributing greatly to the city's overall growth in November and 11 months of 2025.

Da Nang’s real estate market has become vibrant again thanks to many projects that are eligible to mobilize capital and open for sale under new legal regulations, along with a diverse supply ranging from apartments, shophouses to complex projects. Key projects in riverside areas, downtown and new urban areas have all recorded high levels of interest, while large-scale projects have become the focus of investment attraction.

Da Nang real estate market is bustling with many projects opening for sale in the 11 months of 2025.

The improvement of the legal framework, the progress of infrastructure implementation and the stable market sentiment have strengthened the confidence of both investors and buyers, helping real estate maintain its leading role in growth among all other service sectors. Accordingly, the total revenue of real estate business services in November reached more than VND 1,800 billion, up 2.4% compared to the previous month and up 40.1% compared to the same period.

In the first 11 months of 2025, the total revenue of other service sectors of Da Nang City reached nearly 51,000 billion VND, an increase of 42.1% over the same period in 2024. Real estate business services alone continued to lead the revenue scale with more than 19,000 billion VND, an increase of nearly 92% over the same period last year.

According to the Da Nang Statistics Office, the total state budget revenue in the city as of November 25 reached nearly 55,000 billion VND, an increase of nearly 18% over the same period in 2024. Of which, central budget revenue reached more than 12,4004 billion VND, local budget revenue reached nearly 42,500 billion VND. Domestic revenue continued to be the main source of revenue, accounting for 90.3% of total revenue and estimated at nearly 50,000 billion VND, an increase of 22.3% over the same period last year.

Notably, revenue from housing and land reached more than VND 7,650 billion (accounting for nearly 14% of the city's total budget revenue in the first 11 months of 2025), an increase of nearly 100% over the same period in 2024. According to the Da Nang Statistics Office, this revenue increased the most thanks to the real estate market in the area continuing to recover positively.

“This result is due to the city's efforts to remove legal obstacles, adjust land price frameworks and promote the progress of many key infrastructure projects. This is a signal showing the resilience of the market; however, to ensure stable and sustainable development, it is necessary to continue to maintain effective management solutions, contributing to protecting people's rights and creating a foundation for long-term growth,” said the Da Nang Statistical Office.
