Attending the program was Comrade Bui Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.

At the event, the Central Committee of the Association presented 50 gift packages (each worth 1.2 million VND, including 1 million VND in cash and essential goods). In addition, the Central Committee also awarded 4 livelihood support grants (each worth 10 million VND). The total value of gifts and livelihood support exceeded 100 million VND, intended for victims of Agent Orange in the province.
