Hyundai Venue achieved sales of 169 vehicles, ranking 7th. Hyundai Custin with 118 vehicles ranked 8th. Hyundai Palisade with sales of 105 vehicles and Hyundai Elantra with sales of 51 vehicles ranked the last 2 positions in the ranking of passenger cars sold in the market of Hyundai Thanh Cong. Hyundai commercial vehicles achieved sales of 978 vehicles sold in the month.

Compared to June 2025, July sales decreased slightly, reflecting the sluggish trend of the automobile market in the middle of the year. From the beginning of 2025 to the end of July, Hyundai sold a total of 27,805 vehicles in Vietnam. Of which, the three models leading in sales were Hyundai Tucson (4,340 vehicles), Hyundai Accent (4,297 vehicles) and Hyundai Creta (3,577 vehicles).

Industry experts said that the slight decrease in sales in July, in addition to factors such as the economy , interest rates and tax policies, the Vietnamese automobile market began to be affected by Directive 20/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on a number of urgent and drastic tasks to prevent and resolve environmental pollution.

This directive sets a roadmap to restrict and eventually ban fossil fuel vehicles in major cities, making buyers more cautious, especially with gasoline and diesel vehicles. As a result, many customers have postponed their purchases to wait for policies to support the transition to electric vehicles, while dealers have also adjusted their business strategies, focusing on clearing inventory and limiting the import of new gasoline-powered vehicles, leading to a slight decline in purchasing power across the market.
