
Many grid lines and transformer stations were isolated, causing the number of customers without power to increase by more than 349,000 compared to the same time on November 19. Widespread flooding caused 11,562 distribution transformer stations to be flooded or lose power. By this morning, technical forces had restored 5,785 stations, while 5,777 stations were inaccessible due to flooding. The estimated unsupplied capacity was 283.6 MW, equivalent to 7.3% of the maximum capacity of the entire system.
According to EVNCPC statistics, since the flood began, a total of more than 1 million EVNCPC customers have been affected. To date, EVNCPC units have made efforts to restore power to 457,470 customers (45.3%).
According to localities, in Da Nang city, there are still 3,972 customers and 48 transformer stations that have not been supplied with electricity, with an interrupted capacity of about 1.8 MW. In Gia Lai province, there are still 152,648 customers and 1,770 stations that have not been restored, with an estimated lost capacity of 72 MW; in Dak Lak, the situation is most serious with 276,033 customers and 2,728 stations that have not been restored, with an unsupplied capacity of 123.2 MW.
Khanh Hoa province currently has 120,597 customers and 1,157 transformer stations affected; of which, Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company has 29,235 customers, 343 stations, lost capacity of 15.6 MW; Khanh Hoa Power Company (formerly Ninh Thuan ) has 91,362 customers, 814 stations, lost capacity of 66.1 MW...
