In July 2025 alone, key markets continued to record stable growth, affirming the prestige and quality of Vietnamese workers in the international arena. Specifically, Japan took the lead with 4,318 workers (1,936 female workers), followed by Taiwan (China) with 4,265 workers (1,265 female workers) and South Korea with 1,690 workers (126 female workers). In addition, the markets of China, Singapore, Romania and Hungary also maintained recruitment activities, opening up more opportunities for workers.

The Department of Overseas Labor Management assessed this as a positive signal, demonstrating the proactiveness and positivity of enterprises in promoting the overseas labor market; at the same time reflecting the great demand of countries around the world for Vietnamese human resources. This is also an important premise to continue expanding the overseas labor market, improving labor quality, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of Vietnamese workers working abroad, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and plans set for the whole year.
