More than 94% of party cells under grassroots party committees completed organizing congresses.

According to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, as of March 26, the whole province had 3,889 party cells under the grassroots party committees completing the organization of congresses, reaching a rate of over 94%.

There are 8 party committees that have completed organizing the congresses of branches under the grassroots party committees: Chi Linh city, Kinh Mon town, Cam Giang, Gia Loc, Tu Ky, Thanh Ha, Kim Thanh districts and the provincial military party committee.

The remaining party committees all have a small number of party cells under the grassroots party committees that have not yet held congresses and will complete them on time, in the first quarter of 2025.

According to the assessment of the grassroots Party Committees, the Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees successfully organized the congresses, with stable inheritance and creative innovation. The political reports at the congresses demonstrated the collective intelligence and will, closely following the political tasks of each Party cell. The congress personnel basically ensured compliance with the plan approved by the Party Committees.
