Traditional meeting of intelligence veterans celebrating 80 years of the Vietnam People's Army

The traditional meeting of the Southern Intelligence Veterans at Binh Duong Cemetery, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, is an opportunity to recall heroic memories, show gratitude to comrades and connect today's generation.

On December 14, 2024, the Veterans Liaison Committee of the Regional Intelligence Department, in coordination with Chanh Phu Hoa Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, organized a traditional meeting of cadres, soldiers, and families of the revolutionary base of the Regional Intelligence Department on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024).

The meeting was attended by: Hero of the People's Armed Forces - Colonel Nguyen Van Tau - Alias Tu Cang; Hero of the People's Armed Forces - Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Thi My Nhung - Alias Nguyen Thi Yen Thao; Mr. Nguyen Van Thien - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chanh Phu Hoa Construction Investment Joint Stock Company; Mr. Tran Chien Cong - General Director of Biwase Company; Mr. Nguyen Hien Triet - General Director of Chanh Phu Hoa Construction Investment Joint Stock Company; Representatives of local authorities, guests and employees of Chanh Phu Hoa Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

During the meeting, everyone recalled heroic and touching stories about brave and courageous fighting spirit, imbued with comradely love, burned incense to commemorate fallen comrades and sat together to enjoy a warm meal.

The unit's annual meeting is not only a meeting but also a symbol of continuing tradition, a bridge between the glorious past and the present, helping today's generation understand and appreciate more the sacrifices of our ancestors to continue building and protecting the country.
