Online meeting on the draft Decree detailing a number of articles related to the Law on Real Estate Business and the Law on Housing

On May 21, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha chaired an online meeting with ministries, branches, central and local levels on the drafts: Decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Real Estate Business on the construction and management of information systems, databases on housing and the real estate market; Decree detailing a number of articles of the Housing Law on the development and management of social housing; Decree on renovation and reconstruction of apartment buildings.

Attending at the Ninh Thuan province bridge were comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

Accordingly, implementing the Government's direction, the Ministry of Construction has presided over and coordinated with relevant central ministries and branches and widely consulted with departments, branches and localities to develop draft Decrees detailing a number of articles related to the Law on Real Estate Business and the Law on Housing. These are considered important laws that contribute to concretizing the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's policies in developing and strictly managing the real estate market, directly affecting the people's living needs and ensuring the country's social security policy.

Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the meeting at the Ninh Thuan province bridge.

At the meeting, delegates discussed, exchanged and basically agreed with the content presented by the Ministry of Construction in the draft decrees and proposed to supplement a number of issues such as: Procedures for collecting database on the real estate market; specific disclosure of information on real estate project transfer projects; support policies for investment in new construction or renovation; procedures for extending the period of home ownership...

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha acknowledged and highly appreciated the practical contributions as well as proposed additions and adjustments to appropriate groups of issues. The Deputy Prime Minister requested the drafting agency to fully synthesize and supplement to complete the draft decrees; at the same time, focus on arranging and organizing chapters, provisions, and content structures in a systematic and scientific manner to submit to the Government for consideration and promulgation within the prescribed time.
