Vietnamese tourists visiting Hue relic sites on September 2 will receive free entrance tickets.
Hue Monuments Conservation Center said visitors are free to visit from 7am to 5:30pm.

For many years, free admission to Hue relic sites on the occasion of National Day September 2 has been implemented by the Hue Monuments Conservation Center.
During the National Day holiday, Thua Thien Hue province is expected to welcome 120,000 visitors, an increase of 22.4% compared to 2023, with revenue from tourism services estimated at VND132 billion. The average room occupancy rate of hotels on August 31 was about 64%; on September 1 it was over 80%. Most hotels in the center of Hue city, coastal resorts, lagoons and waterfalls, and homestays in Hue city, Phu Loc district and A Luoi district were almost full of guests booking rooms for these two days.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Director of the Department of Tourism of Thua Thien Hue province, said that the trend of tourists during this holiday is to travel in family groups by private car and train, with the need to rest and experience exploring local culture and nature. The provincial tourism industry has also planned to organize more programs during the holiday for visitors to visit and have fun.
