On the afternoon of November 7, in Hung Ha, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the closing ceremony of a training conference to improve professional skills in culture and sports.

The organizers awarded certificates of completion of the training program to the trainees.

150 trainees from 9 communes in the district were provided with knowledge about the organization and operation of cultural houses, village sports areas, and residential groups. During the training program, trainees practiced staging performances, practicing Cheo singing, Van singing, new singing and dancing skills; practicing sports: folk dance, chess, pickleball, tug of war, volleyball, shuffle dance and practicing refereeing sports.

The training program is part of the project to support and improve the operational efficiency of the model of cultural houses, village sports areas, and residential groups in Thai Binh province in the period of 2021 - 2025. After completing the training program, the trainees will become cultural and sports cores at the grassroots level, contributing practically to improving the quality of activities of teams, groups, and cultural and sports clubs at cultural houses and village sports areas, meeting the needs of cultural and sports activities of all classes of people.
