Hung Yen: Setting many impressive socio-economic development targets in the coming term

In recent times, Hung Yen has mobilized large resources for investment in transport infrastructure, connecting with the capital Hanoi and the provinces of the Red River Delta and the Northern coastal region.

Over the past 5 years, key traffic axes and vital traffic routes have been formed with a length of thousands of kilometers, changing the landscape and creating corridors to welcome new waves of investment.

In the next term, Hung Yen strives to maintain an average growth rate of 10-11%/year; GRDP per capita by 2030 of over 180 million VND; total social investment capital in the 2026-2030 period of about 1.1 million billion VND; total state budget revenue by 2030 of about 65 trillion VND.

Hung Yen province also builds a vision to become a modern industrial province by 2035, meeting the criteria of a class 1 urban area. By 2045, it will become a smart, ecological city directly under the Central Government, with a modern industry that is among the leading in the country, becoming a strong maritime economic center in the north.
