Gia Vien District Party Committee summarizes 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25 NQ TW of the 11th Party Central Committee

On August 8, Gia Vien District Party Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, dated June 3, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Committee, 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW, dated January 7, 2019 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation" and reviewing the emulation movement associated with praising models and typical examples of "Skillful mass mobilization" in the period 2021-2023.

Attending the conference were comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

After 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25 - NQ/TW and 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43 - KL/TW, the awareness of cadres, party members, union members, association members and people of all walks of life in the district about the position and role of mass mobilization work in the new situation has become increasingly deeper.

Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and organizations have paid attention and built action programs and organized the implementation of the Resolution with specific goals and solutions.

The implementation of the coordination regulations between the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and the agencies signing the coordination program has been carried out seriously, with preliminary and final summaries and experience assessments. The coordination work has many innovations, becoming increasingly practical and effective, especially the coordination of mass mobilization in the construction of advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas, civilized urban areas, site clearance, environmental sanitation, implementation of social policies, building houses of gratitude...

The emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" continues to be identified by Party committees at all levels as an important and practical content to improve the quality of mass mobilization work. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee assigned the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to monitor, urge and guide units to promote propaganda work, build and replicate models and typical examples, focusing on the following areas: economic development; sustainable poverty reduction; building cultural life in residential areas; encouraging learning and talent; maintaining political security, social order and safety; environmental sanitation; building organizations in the political system; mobilizing people to participate in building new rural areas; carrying out site clearance for projects and building mass organizations in non-state enterprises.

During the 2021-2023 period, the entire district registered to build 301 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in various fields. Steering Committees at all levels conducted surveys, reviews and issued decisions to recognize 248 typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models.

The "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models have had positive social effects, creating a ripple effect in the community, contributing to innovation, improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, mobilizing many resources from the people to contribute to the good implementation of socio -economic development goals, maintaining national defense and security and building an increasingly strong political system in the district.

In the coming time, Party committees at all levels, authorities, Fatherland Front, departments, branches and organizations from district to grassroots level will continue to promote the achieved results, overcome the shortcomings and limitations in thoroughly grasping, deploying and organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW, continue to propagate and educate cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to deeply understand the goals, viewpoints, roles, positions and tasks of mass mobilization work; President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on mass mobilization work in the new situation.

Pay attention to planning, training, fostering and arranging the use of cadres for mass mobilization work, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations. Continue to develop a plan to implement Resolution No. 25 - NQ/TW, Conclusion No. 43 - KL/TW in a specific and practical manner. Promote the implementation of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" associated with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", the emulation movement "Joining hands to build new rural areas" and movements and campaigns launched by the Fatherland Front and mass organizations. At the conference, 8 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW; 5 collectives and individuals with achievements in the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" in the period of 2021-2023 were commended by Gia Vien district.

On this occasion, the Steering Committee of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" of Gia Vien district awarded the decision to recognize 19 models and typical examples of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" for the period 2021-2023.
