In the 5 years (2020-2025), the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the province has been comprehensively deployed, increasingly going into depth, affirming its role as a bridge connecting closely between the Party, the government and the people.

The movement has aroused the sense of responsibility and exemplary behavior of cadres and party members; promoted the role of village elders, prestigious people, dignitaries, religious leaders and the masses in building a new life.

Thanks to that, many urgent problems of the people were resolved promptly, creating social consensus and strengthening people's trust in the Party's leadership.

In particular, the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses was implemented synchronously and completed ahead of schedule; twinning activities between localities, units and villages in ethnic minority areas achieved many practical results.

The campaign "Changing the thinking and working methods of ethnic minorities to gradually escape poverty sustainably" is implemented in accordance with the reality of each locality, contributing to encouraging the patriotic emulation movement to become increasingly widespread and practical.

Over the past 5 years, the whole province has built and replicated 5,813 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in all fields, from economy, culture, society, national defense, security to Party building and political system.

The results achieved have significantly contributed to maintaining political stability, promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security; at the same time, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system.

The emulation movement “Skilled Mass Mobilization” not only affirms itself as a widespread revolutionary action movement, but also becomes a driving force to arouse the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and creativity among cadres, party members and people. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of the province’s development goals, building the Party Committee and the provincial political system increasingly clean and strong.

Speaking at the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Rah Lan Chung highly appreciated and commended the Party committees at all levels, the government, the armed forces, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the cadres working in mass mobilization for their achievements in the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and building models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the past time. At the same time, he also pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: 2025 is a year of many important political events, especially party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

In the period 2025-2030, the country will enter a new era of development in the context of complex and unpredictable international and regional developments. On the other hand, Gia Lai province has the second largest natural area in the country, with a population of nearly 3.6 million people; of which, ethnic minorities account for nearly 23%.

The province also has a particularly important strategic position in terms of national defense and security in the Central Highlands. This is both an opportunity and an advantage, and also poses many new tasks for mass mobilization work and the “Skilled Mass Mobilization” movement. In this context, the movement must continue to be innovated more strongly, practically and effectively.

To effectively implement propaganda and mass mobilization work in general, and the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in particular, comrade Rah Lan Chung requested that Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and sectors at all levels need to closely follow the viewpoints, goals, tasks, and Resolutions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee on propaganda and mass mobilization work.

In addition, the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement must be linked to the political tasks of each sector, locality, and unit; administrative reform, digital transformation, and the building of an effective and efficient two-level government must be promoted; and economic, cultural, social, defense-security development must be focused on.

Pay attention to building and replicating the model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" associated with patriotic emulation movements, large-scale campaigns and twinning activities with ethnic minority areas, in accordance with grassroots practices.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations closely coordinate with the government to launch and improve the quality of movements; build and replicate models and examples, especially well implementing the Law on Grassroots Democracy; innovate methods to be close to the people.

Strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to participate in movements associated with major campaigns and movements such as: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Changing the thinking and working methods of ethnic minorities to gradually rise up to escape poverty sustainably"; focus on implementing with focus and key points.

Launch a widespread emulation movement of “Skilled Mass Mobilization” in the political system, mass mobilization forces and in all areas of social life. Each movement needs to be associated with a specific and practical model; promote exchanges and experiences, and replicate good practices. Apply information technology, social networks, and communications to introduce and spread effective models among cadres, party members and the people.

At the Conference, 35 collectives and 27 typical individuals in the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" for the period 2020-2025 received certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Also at the Conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Thi Phong Vu launched the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" for the period 2025-2030.
