Up to now, Vinh Cuu district has expanded 46 active Wisdom Houses, mobilized social resources for over 20,000 books; established more than 200 clubs, groups, teams, and groups on culture - arts, physical education - sports, actively contributing to improving the spiritual life of all classes of people in the area.
