Isuzu D-Max adds new, more comfortable version

Isuzu has just officially launched the D-Max V-Cross Commercial 2025 in the UK market, targeting customers who need a multi-purpose pickup truck for work.

Instead of focusing solely on practicality like many traditional commercial pickup models, the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross Commercial 2025 is developed from the high-end V-Cross version but adjusted to serve professional users such as farmers, technicians, and construction workers.

The exterior of the car still retains its characteristic strong features with Bi-LED headlights, dark gray details and 18-inch alloy wheels. However, the difference comes from the truck bed which is equipped with a light roof and standard bed liner, along with tow hooks - essential equipment for cargo transportation needs.

Despite using a double-cab body style, the interior of the D-Max V-Cross Commercial only has two seats. The rear seats have been removed to make way for a secure, enclosed cargo compartment.

The rear windows are tinted and the seats are upholstered, ensuring durability in harsh working environments. Isuzu claims this design is permanent, allowing the vehicle to be properly registered as a commercial vehicle in the UK.

The biggest difference of the Commercial version lies in the list of high-end equipment rarely seen on a commercial truck: 9-inch central entertainment screen; 7-inch digital clock cluster...

In addition, the car also has an 8-speaker sound system; leather seats, heated front seats; automatic dual-zone air conditioning; Rough Terrain off-road driving mode; ADAS active safety package.

The D-Max V-Cross Commercial still uses a sturdy separate chassis, maintaining the same 1-ton load capacity and a towing capacity of up to 3.5 tons. The vehicle is equipped with a 1.9L turbocharged diesel engine with a capacity of 162 horsepower and 360 Nm of torque.

The engine is mated to an automatic transmission and four-wheel drive with a locking rear differential. Notably, the more powerful 3.0L engine is not yet available in the UK market.

In the UK market, the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross Commercial pickup truck starts at £41,995 (US$56,500), while the standard version starts at £27,755 (US$37,300).
