State financial and budget plan of Ca Mau province for 3 years (2026 - 2028)

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a 3-year state financial and budget plan (2026 - 2028) to ensure balance of budget revenue and expenditure, effectively exploit resources, and promote sustainable economic growth.

Shrimp production and processing for export - One of the key economic sectors, contributing significantly to the province's budget revenue.

According to the plan, in the period of 2026 - 2028, the province aims to increase sustainable revenue, effectively manage expenditures, and prioritize capital for infrastructure investment, education , health care, and national target programs. In particular, in 2026, the total state budget revenue in the area is expected to reach 10,694 billion VND, total local budget expenditure is about 26,538.990 billion VND; in 2027, the total state budget revenue is estimated to reach 11,468.6 billion VND, total local budget expenditure is about 30,622.026 billion VND; in 2028, the total state budget revenue is about 12,073.3 billion VND, total local budget expenditure is about 33,138.033 billion VND.
