Extend the exhibition "80 years of Independence-Freedom-Happiness journey" until September 15.

The exhibition of national achievements “80 years of Independence-Freedom-Happiness journey” opened on August 28 at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi ). According to the original plan, the exhibition lasted until September 5. However, due to the large number of visitors in recent days, the Prime Minister agreed to extend the exhibition time to September 15, creating more opportunities for people to visit and experience, thereby spreading the message about the 80-year journey of building and developing Vietnam.

The exhibition is organized in an open, multi-level format, with the exhibition space logically arranged on an indoor and outdoor display area of nearly ^260,000m2 . The exhibition space is designed with 3 main zones:

At Kim Quy Exhibition House, the general exhibition area with the theme “Vietnam – Journey to a new era” introduces outstanding achievements in 80 years of building and developing the country while recreating the picture of Vietnamese culture associated with the tradition of more than 4,000 years of history. The public has the opportunity to explore the richness of 54 ethnic groups, products of three regions, and typical architectural works through many periods.

A special highlight is the space “95 years of the Party flag lighting the way” depicting the glorious milestones in modern history, the achievements of the country under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam through the ages. In addition, there is also the exhibition area “Rich province, strong country” introducing the history of formation, achievements of innovation, cultural identity, potential and development advantages of localities and a space to display the achievements of enterprises, expressing the strong aspiration to rise up.

The outdoor exhibition areas in the west, south and east courtyards have the theme of “Integration and Development”. Here, the journey of green transformation, digital transformation and achievements in the defense-security industry are introduced through the space of “Sword and Shield”. The aviation and aerospace industry is vividly recreated with the theme “Aspiration for the Sky”. In addition, there are also art performance areas, tourism fairs, cuisine... creating a vibrant and attractive atmosphere.

The exhibition of 12 cultural industries is arranged in the exhibition hall block A with the theme of “Integration and Creativity”. This is the place to introduce typical products and works of 12 cultural industries with the motto “Creativity for construction” and the space “Vietnam and the World” to bring a comprehensive perspective on international exchange and cooperation.

The highlight of the exhibition is the application of modern technology in the display. Virtual reality technology, augmented reality, touch screens, 3D models and multimedia projections are integrated synchronously to help visitors directly interact, experience and receive information in a visual and vivid way.

Since its opening day, the exhibition has become a cultural highlight attracting a large number of domestic and international visitors.
