In addition to the opportunity to update cancer knowledge with specialists, the program also gathered and connected hundreds of patients from all over the country to Hue to attend the forum. The program had the participation of many "cancer warriors" who had steadfastly overcome the disease, now sharing inspirational stories about determination, faith, optimism, and encouraging the spirit of cancer warriors who had just been diagnosed with the disease. Notably, there were typical faces who participated in the Vietnam Cancer Patient Forum in 2018, now returning to help the community.
The program is also a reunion for the warrior community across the country after 5 years of the program's return. The activities of bonding and sharing experiences in the program are coordinated by the organizers to contribute to improving mental health and creating a community of mutual support with the goal of "You do not have to fight cancer alone".
