Opening of the Central Region Applied Science and Technology Summer School 2025

On the morning of May 21, Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the Gifted, in coordination with the SEAS Organizing Committee, opened the 2025 Central Region Applied Science and Technology Summer School.

The 2025 Central Region Applied Science and Technology Summer School attracted the participation of 43 students, including high school students and first and second year university students, selected from nearly 400 applications sent from many provinces and cities nationwide.

In 2 weeks, students will learn the basics of Python programming, Linear Algebra, Machine Learning; AI applications in life and science. Students will also participate in group projects to practice and apply knowledge to solve practical problems.

The entire course content is guided by graduate students and experts from leading international and domestic universities and research institutes, such as: Harvard, MIT, Stony Brook, Ericsson, Nvidia, NUS, UC Irvine, FPT , VinUni,... Among them, many people have won international Olympic medals in science subjects.

The Central Summer School of Applied Science and Technology 2025 is organized to create opportunities for high school students to access new science and technology fields; build an academic exchange environment between students and experts and postgraduates from prestigious domestic and international research and educational institutions.
