Opening of Da Nang International Tourism Festival 2025

The Da Nang International Tourism Festival 2025 officially opened on the morning of October 16 at the Ariyana Danang International Convention Palace, with an expanded international scale, opening up nearly 6,000 trade exchanges.

The event aims to create a strong business connection space, open up opportunities for strategic connection and cooperation, and contribute to promoting sustainable customer growth and revenue.

Speaking at the opening of the event, Mr. Vu The Binh, Chairman of the Vietnam Tourism Association, affirmed: 2025 marks a remarkable development step for the Vietnamese tourism industry, when the whole industry is making efforts to implement Resolution 226 of the Government on growth targets for industries, fields, localities and key tasks and solutions to ensure the country's growth in 2025 reaches 8.3-8.5%; with the goal of welcoming 25 million international visitors.

Currently, the Vietnam Tourism Association is implementing many practical action programs such as organizing FAM trips, seminars, international market promotion activities and many initiatives connecting domestic and foreign businesses.

Da Nang International Tourism Festival 2025 is an important highlight, demonstrating the determination, creativity and consensus of the Vietnamese tourism business community.

Vietnam Tourism Association pledges to continue to accompany, support and create all favorable conditions for Da Nang International Tourism Festival to become an annual activity, organized on an increasingly large scale, contributing to making Da Nang become the leading event-conference-tourism center of the region.

According to Mr. Tan Van Vuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang: In the first 9 months of 2025, Da Nang tourism reached more than 14.4 million overnight visitors, of which international visitors increased by over 31%... This is a positive signal showing the strong resilience of the city after the merger.

The festival is a meeting point for Da Nang to affirm its position as a leading tourism, conference and event center in the region; create an international playground for businesses to expand their cooperation network, form many new contracts, and at the same time spread the image of a potential, hospitable and sustainable Da Nang.

The Da Nang International Tourism Festival 2025 returns with an expanded scale and more in-depth content, in which the business connection space (B2B Buyers Meet Sellers) is considered the highlight of the program and is one of the largest B2B events in the country. This activity recorded nearly 5,000 business appointments established between Vietnamese and international tourism businesses.
