Urgently complete the Tien Phuoc District Construction Planning Project for the period up to 2030

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to approve the update and supplement of some contents of Decision No. 3188 dated November 16, 2020, specifically on population forecast: by 2030 about 70,000 people. Of which the population
Urban area is about 8,500 people, rural area is about 61,500 people. Regarding urban land scale, by 2030 it will be about 837.9 hectares.

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Tien Phuoc District People's Committee to demonstrate that the population size complies with the standards of the Ministry of Construction (QCVN01:2021/BXD) and ensure compliance with the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030 with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister.

Organize the review and update of data and contents of the approved Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; note to complete the planning dossier to ensure compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 04 of the Ministry of Construction .

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Tien Phuoc District People's Committee to urgently coordinate with the Department of Construction to develop, submit for appraisal and approval of the Tien Phuoc District Construction Planning Project for the period up to 2030 in accordance with legal regulations. Be responsible before the law and the Provincial People's Committee for the consistency of planning indicators, legality and accuracy of information and data in the dossier.
