At the field inspection, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam acknowledged the efforts of relevant units in the implementation process, removing difficulties to speed up the project progress. He requested localities to promptly acknowledge, commend and reward households that have made positive contributions, creating favorable conditions for site clearance work. At the same time, research construction plans to ensure progress and quality of the project, comply with technical regulations on foundations, anti-subsidence...
For the remaining sections of the route, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant localities to strengthen mass mobilization work, meet and dialogue with people; coordinate with contractors to come up with reasonable solutions in accordance with regulations. Consistent with the viewpoint of creating maximum conditions for the people, so that people in affected areas are not disadvantaged when the project is implemented, however, all options must be reasonable, in accordance with regulations and ensure that there is no precedent, no difference in support level compared to households that have accepted the previous support options. Contents beyond the authority must be promptly reported to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and handling in accordance with regulations, including enforcement options. By the end of July 2025, site clearance on the entire route must be completed.
