(QNO) - On December 28, the Provincial People's Committee issued a document on urgently handling online applications that are slow to receive, are being processed overdue, and restructuring the process, providing online public services (DVC) on the National DVC Portal.

The Provincial People's Committee requests agencies, units, and localities to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, branches, and the Department of Information and Communications to complete the restructuring of processes and provide essential online public services within the scope of management functions of the Department, branch, and locality on the National Public Service Portal.
Review, inspect, and thoroughly handle online applications submitted from the National Public Service Portal and the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system that are slow to receive or are being processed beyond the deadline; rectify and strictly handle cadres, civil servants, and public employees who cause delays in accordance with the Prime Minister 's direction.
The Department of Information and Communications shall preside over and coordinate with the Government Office and relevant agencies and units to review technical errors in the process of integrating and synchronizing administrative procedure records between the Provincial Administrative Procedure Processing Information System and the National Public Service Portal to ensure 100% synchronization of administrative procedure records according to regulations, in order to accurately assess the results of administrative procedure implementation and public service provision in the province.
Agencies, units and localities must seriously implement; report and explain the results of late receipt and overdue processing of online applications submitted to the Provincial People's Committee no later than January 10, 2024.
