Tourism revenue in April is estimated at over VND993.7 billion, 2.2 times higher than the same period last year. Of which, the accommodation sector is estimated at over VND77.7 billion, 1.7 times higher; the restaurant sector is estimated at over VND536.3 billion, 2.6 times higher; the transportation sector is estimated at over VND121.5 billion, 1.5 times higher; sightseeing tickets are estimated at over VND56.7 billion, 1.8 times higher...

According to the report, if including the first 4 months of 2024, the number of visitors to tourist attractions in Ninh Binh is estimated to reach nearly 5 million (6.5 million in 2023), 1.3 times higher than the same period last year. Of which, the number of guests staying at accommodation establishments is estimated at over 852,600 (1.8 times higher); the number of days guests stay is estimated at over 936,300 days, 1.6 times higher.

Cumulative tourism revenue in the province in the first 4 months is estimated at over 4,621.2 billion VND, 1.5 times higher than the same period in 2023.

To welcome tourists, Ninh Binh has prepared all conditions, especially in April, Ninh Binh will organize a series of activities to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage (2014 - 2024).

These will be events that connect and spread the values of heritage, inspire and energize the young generation, as well as honor the achievements and contributions of organizations and individuals in managing, preserving and promoting the values of heritage.

In addition, during the month, Ninh Binh also successfully organized a conference to promote and advertise tourism in Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa - Nghe An - Ha Tinh with the theme "One journey - Many experiences"; the 1,100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang (924-2024) and the Hoa Lu Festival in 2024 (taking place for 3 days from April 17 to 19 (March 9 to 11 of the lunar calendar) at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic Site.
