- On the morning of July 17, the Party Committee - People's Committee of Dong Kinh Ward held an inauguration ceremony for the project to upgrade and renovate the hall of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Dong Kinh Ward.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Phung Quang Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Dong Kinh Ward Party Committee; leaders of the Dong Kinh Ward People's Committee; representatives of departments, offices, and residential blocks of the ward.

Delegates performed the inauguration ceremony of the project.

The project was approved for investment by the People's Committee of Lang Son City (old) with the aim of upgrading and ensuring the material conditions of the meeting hall of the City Party Committee - People's Committee of Lang Son City. After completing its district-level activities, the above project belongs to Dong Kinh Ward and has been selected as a project to welcome the Congress of Delegates of the Dong Kinh Ward Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. The project has a total investment of 12.6 billion VND.

The Secretary of the Dong Kinh Ward Party Committee directed units to have plans to operate and effectively exploit the project.

Construction started in December 2024 and has now been completed on schedule, ensuring quality and design.

To promote the value of the works, the Secretary of the Dong Kinh Ward Party Committee requested relevant units to develop specific plans for operation, management and exploitation. Thereby, effectively promoting the objectives set out when implementing the works.
