On the morning of May 19, at Bac village, Tan Hoc commune, Thai Thuy district, comrade Vu Thanh Van, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, also led the leaders of Thai Thuy district and the Provincial Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (BARD) to attend the inauguration ceremony of the great solidarity house for Ms. Pham Thi Nhuan.

The Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee also led the leaders of Thai Thuy district, the Provincial Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, and Tan Hoc commune to present a plaque supporting the family's funding to build a solidarity house.

Ms. Pham Thi Nhuan, born in 1950, is a poor single-parent household, often sick, with unstable income; living in a dilapidated level 4 house for many years, without the conditions to rebuild. Faced with that situation, the Fatherland Front Committee at all levels organized a field survey, agreed on a plan to mobilize and support the family to rebuild the house. In which, the Provincial Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development supported 50 million VND, the Fatherland Front Committee at all levels supported additional funds, the Bac Village Front Committee organized money donations, mobilized support for materials, and labor days with relatives to build a new house for the family... After 2 months of construction, the spacious house with an area of ​​over 35m2 , with a total cost of nearly 100 million VND was completed.

On this occasion, organizations and unions of Thai Thuy district, Tan Hoc commune, and people of Bac village also presented many gifts to encourage the family.
