Inauguration of Hai Phong City Police Library

Hai Phong City Police Library displays thousands of books in many fields.

Leaders of the City Police and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism attached a sign to the City Police Library.

On the afternoon of August 18, Hai Phong City Police organized the inauguration and installation of the signboard of the City Police Library.

This is a project to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force.

Hai Phong City Police Library is built in the City Police headquarters with an area of nearly 200 ^m2 , displaying thousands of books in many fields such as: politics , law, police profession, literature, and many other documents, newspapers, magazines...

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Colonel Pham Viet Dung, Deputy Director of the City Police Department, suggested that the library continue to expand the connection between the People's Police libraries nationwide and the Hai Phong City Library. Effectively exploit the sources of books, newspapers, and magazines, promptly update information in all fields to better serve the work of political and ideological education, scientific research and professional work; preserve and promote the value of knowledge in the police sector.

The Hai Phong City Police Library was inaugurated and put into use, contributing to improving the political capacity, legal knowledge and professional qualifications of officers and soldiers in the force. At the same time, it fosters the cultural and spiritual life of officers and soldiers, making an important contribution to building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern Hai Phong City Police force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new era.
