Survey and advise the Provincial People's Committee on contents related to the proposal of Nhan Dan Newspaper

On the morning of October 16, comrade Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with representatives of Nhan Dan Newspaper on the coordination of implementing the Project to propagate the Party and State's guidelines and policies on the electronic billboard - LED screen system. To promote the propaganda of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, propaganda of major holidays and many other important political events through modern, visual and highly pervasive media forms, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Bizman Investment Joint Stock Company (Bizman Media) have signed a propaganda cooperation agreement. In order to ensure the propaganda plan, as well as the agreement between the two units, Nhan Dan Newspaper requested Khanh Hoa province to consider and support Bizman Media to implement the project according to the list of locations for investment, installation of billboards - electronic LED screens. Specifically, the company proposed to install 136 locations in the province to serve propaganda work.

After listening to the opinions of the leaders of the departments and branches attending the meeting, comrade Nguyen Long Bien acknowledged the interest and proactive proposal of Nhan Dan Newspaper and Bizman Media for investing in a system of electronic billboards - LED screens in Khanh Hoa province to contribute to improving the effectiveness of propaganda of political tasks, promoting major events of the country and the province. However, the installation of electronic billboards - LED screens as proposed by Nhan Dan Newspaper needs to be carefully considered and calculated and must comply with the provisions of the Law on Advertising, outdoor advertising planning in the province, as well as the issue of ensuring traffic safety. In the immediate future, he assigned the departments of Construction; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Finance to review the locations proposed by Nhan Dan Newspaper and Bizman Media, on that basis, give specific advice to the Provincial People's Committee. To serve the task of propagating the 14th National Congress of the Party, the provincial authorities coordinate and support Bizman Media to carry out propaganda content on existing billboards and LED screens. In the long term, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will study and advise the Provincial People's Committee to seek the opinion of the Provincial Party Standing Committee so that the Provincial People's Committee, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Bizman Media can sign a cooperation agreement to implement the Propaganda Project on the electronic billboard and LED screen system in the province. In which, clearly stipulate the responsibilities of the parties; detail the duration and number of times Bizman Media supports propaganda for Khanh Hoa province to ensure compliance with the outdoor advertising planning in the province, as well as current regulations...
