On the morning of December 15, a working delegation of the Provincial People's Committee led by Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, surveyed and implemented the investment project to build a space museum to preserve Muong ethnic cultural heritage associated with tourism in Tan Lac district.

The working group conducted a survey at Luy Ai hamlet, Phong Phu commune (Tan Lac).
The project of the Muong ethnic cultural heritage conservation space museum associated with tourism in Tan Lac district was proposed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for investment according to Document No. 251, dated December 8, 2023. The construction site is in Luy Ai hamlet, Phong Phu commune. The project is proposed to be invested in 2 areas: The area for spiritual activities, traditional festivals and the master plan for the landscape architecture of the Muong Co Luy Ai village area. It is expected to implement the project on the basis of preserving intact the entire landscape, architecture, customs, lifestyles, and intangible cultural heritage of the households who have been living in the old Ai hamlet; preserving and developing (restoring, reconstructing, and building new) a number of new items to expand the space of the area.
At the survey, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to submit the project to the Provincial People's Council by June 2024; at the same time, coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to implement the project according to plan. Tan Lac District People's Committee develops zoning plans and detailed plans in accordance with the general plan; reviews and evaluates the current status to support people in repairing facilities but still must preserve the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group, associated with the conventions and village regulations in the area; focuses on a number of items such as: museums, cultural houses, community activities places for people, roads, parking lots. The goal is to build Luy Ai hamlet into a green, clean and beautiful tourist village...
