Rewarding outstanding individuals in preserving the heritage value of Le Huu Trac

Provincial People's Committee presents to individuals Outstanding achievements in the process of preparing documents to submit to UNESCO to honor Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac

This afternoon, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board organized a ceremony to award Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to individuals with achievements in drafting dossiers to submit to UNESCO to honor Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac and establish dossiers to rank the Tomb and Memorial Site of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac as a special national monument. Attending were Permanent Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen; Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

17 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee.

This time, 13 individuals with outstanding achievements in the process of preparing documents to submit to UNESCO to honor Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in preparing documents to rank the special national monument of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac's Tomb and Memorial Area were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. These are domestic and international researchers and cultural experts; individuals currently working in agencies inside and outside the province.

Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the ceremony.

Presenting certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and congratulating individuals who received certificates of merit this time, Permanent Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen and Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated and sincerely thanked the important contributions and advice of individuals in the process of preparing scientific dossiers for the Vietnamese State to submit to UNESCO to pass a Resolution honoring Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac; as well as in preparing dossiers to rank the special national monument of the Tomb and Memorial Area of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac.

This is a process that requires great efforts in coordination of implementation by collectives and individuals from provincial and local units of Ha Tinh and domestic and foreign experts.

The event to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Great Physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac and receive the Certificate of Honor from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and the Certificate of ranking the Tomb - Memorial Area of the Great Physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac as a special national monument this time is a great source of pride for the two provinces of Ha Tinh, Hung Yen and the Ministry of Health in particular, and Vietnam in general.

The comrades hope that the individuals awarded certificates of merit this time will continue to make more contributions to promote and spread the values and heritage left by the famous person Hai Thuong Lan Ong.
