Groundbreaking ceremony of 8 projects to welcome the 1st Congress of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee

(DN) - On September 23, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha said that the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize the groundbreaking ceremony and start construction of projects to welcome the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress in Dong Nai province.

Accordingly, on September 27, the province will simultaneously organize groundbreaking ceremonies for 8 projects. Of which, there are 7 social housing projects including: ChC1 and ChC2 social housing areas, Phuoc Tan ward; social housing in Tam Hiep ward; social housing apartment complex on a 2.1ha land plot, Phuoc An commune; social housing apartment complex on a 3.7ha land plot, Phuoc An commune; social housing on a 3.5ha land plot, Trang Bom commune; social housing on a 2.85ha land plot, Ho Nai ward and the Social Housing Project in Tan Trieu ward. 1 project will hold a groundbreaking ceremony, which is the Lien Cang Road Construction Project (phase 1).

The groundbreaking ceremony and simultaneous commencement of projects are held to welcome the 1st Congress of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The large-scale projects implemented also marked an important step forward in the development of infrastructure and improvement of the quality of life for people in the province. The event also contributed to promoting and spreading the achievements of socio -economic development of Dong Nai province in particular and the whole country in general.

The Provincial People's Committee leaders requested investors and contractors of the above projects to promptly complete legal procedures as prescribed, ensuring sufficient conditions for organizing groundbreaking ceremonies and starting construction of the projects. Carefully prepare the necessary technical and material conditions to organize groundbreaking ceremonies and starting construction of the projects in person. Ensure the program takes place solemnly, effectively, with quality and economically.
