According to initial information, at 9:50 a.m. on September 23, while patrolling at Km99+400 (through An Loc ward), the working group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 discovered a panicked woman holding a small child standing and crying on the side of the road.
Upon approaching, the traffic police learned that the child, PQT, 1 year old (living in An Loc ward), was in critical condition, having difficulty breathing, his body was purple, and his mother was taking him to the emergency room on a motorbike.
Faced with the emergency, the traffic police asked the mother to put her child in a special police vehicle to take the child to the emergency room. On the way, the child repeatedly lost consciousness and had difficulty breathing.

The working group promptly took the boy to the nearby Khai Nguyen General Clinic for emergency treatment. After more than 1 hour of emergency treatment, the boy was out of danger and his health was temporarily stable.
