No limit on the number of entries

The content of the entries focuses on awareness of the core values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; Uncle Ho's affection for the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Duong province, the affection of the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Duong province towards Uncle Ho; achievements in Party building and the political system, socio-economic development that the Party Committee and people of Hai Duong province have achieved in implementing Uncle Ho's instructions; advanced examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; the responsibility of cadres, party members and people in studying and following his ideology, morality and style.

The contest is organized in the form of a writing contest (no fictional forms; entries have not been published in the media) by one author or group of authors in the following genres: Literary genres include stories, poetry, memoirs, essays; journalistic genres include articles on the above-mentioned content topics.

The contest will start from the date the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department issues the Contest Implementation Plan on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's third visit to Hai Duong province (April 1, 1959 - April 1, 2024). The last date for the provincial contest organizing committee to receive entries is March 30, 2025 (according to the postmark ). The summary and awarding of the provincial contest is scheduled for the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025). The Organizing Committee of the Writing Contest "Uncle Ho with Hai Duong, Hai Duong with Uncle Ho" will award 1 special prize worth 10 million VND, 1 first prize worth 8 million VND, 2 second prizes each worth 5 million VND, 3 third prizes each worth 3 million VND, 10 consolation prizes each worth 1 million VND and a number of thematic prizes.
