On the night of September 21, cold air will spread to the North.

In the North and Thanh Hoa, the weather will be cool during the day, cold at night and morning, the lowest temperature will drop to 20 - 23 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas such as Sa Pa, Tam Dao, Dong Van, the weather will be cold, the temperature will drop below 20 degrees Celsius.

As for the area from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh , the cold air will continue to cause rain in this area. It is forecasted that from the night of September 20 to September 21, heavy rain will continue in the area from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh, with common rainfall of 20-60 mm, locally over 100 mm in some places. Then from the night of Sunday, September 22 to Monday, September 23, heavy rain will return in the area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh, locally over 100 mm in some places. Beware of flooding in low-lying areas, riverbanks, urban areas and flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas.
