In Decision No. 328-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the An Giang Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the An Giang and Kien Giang Provincial Party Committees.
In Decision No. 327-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two provincial Party Committees of Ca Mau and Bac Lieu.
In Decision No. 326-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two provincial Party Committees of Dong Thap and Tien Giang.
In Decision No. 325-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the three provincial Party Committees of Vinh Long, Ben Tre and Tra Vinh.
In Decision No. 324-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Can Tho City Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the three Party Committees of Can Tho, Hau Giang and Soc Trang cities.
In Decision No. 323 - QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee under the Central Executive Committee of the Party on the basis of merging the Tay Ninh and Long An Provincial Party Committees.
In Decision No. 322-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committees.
In Decision No. 321-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the three Party Committees of Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and Binh Duong province.
In Decision No. 320-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the Dak Lak and Phu Yen Provincial Party Committees.
In Decision No. 319-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the three provincial Party Committees of Lam Dong, Dak Nong and Binh Thuan.
In Decision No. 318-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committees.
In Decision No. 317-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the Gia Lai and Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committees.
In Decision No. 316-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two provincial Party Committees of Quang Ngai and Kon Tum.
In Decision No. 315-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Da Nang City Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two Party Committees of Da Nang City and Quang Nam Province.
In Decision No. 314-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two provincial Party Committees of Quang Tri and Quang Binh.
In Decision No. 313-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the three provincial Party Committees of Ninh Binh, Ha Nam, and Nam Dinh.
In Decision No. 312-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Hai Phong City Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the Hai Phong City Party Committee and Hai Duong Province Party Committee.
In Decision No. 311-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two provincial Party Committees of Hung Yen and Thai Binh.
In Decision No. 310-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two provincial Party Committees of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang.
In Decision No. 309-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the three provincial Party Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh.
In Decision No. 308-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two provincial Party Committees of Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan.
In Decision No. 307-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the Lao Cai and Yen Bai Provincial Party Committees.
In Decision No. 306-QD/TW , the Politburo decided to establish the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee under the Central Party Executive Committee on the basis of merging the two provincial Party Committees of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang.
The Politburo requested provincial and municipal Party Committees to preside over and coordinate with relevant Party Committees, agencies and organizations to lead, direct and implement the arrangement, transfer and reception of Party organizations and Party members; arrange and assign cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; arrange working offices, manage finances, assets, records, documents, collect and submit seals and other related issues after the merger according to regulations.
