The Central, Central Highlands and Southern regions will experience thunderstorms, with localized heavy rain. Beware of the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

It is forecasted that on the morning of November 4, the cold air mass will affect the Northeast; then the North Central region, most places in the Northwest, and some places in the Central Central region. The Northeast wind inland will gradually strengthen to level 3, and level 4 in coastal areas.

Heavy rain in the Central provinces is likely to continue for many days to come, with the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. The risk of natural disasters due to heavy rain, tornadoes and lightning is level 1, and the area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang is level 2.
