KIA adjusts prices for genuine cars in Vietnam

The 1.5 Premium version of the Kia Seltos has been adjusted up by 10 million VND, bringing the new selling price to 749 million VND. Other versions such as 1.5 AT, 1.5 Luxury and 1.5 Turbo GT-Line still maintain the same price of 599 million, 679 million and 799 million VND respectively. This is an adjustment to increase the value and competitiveness of the highest-end version of the Seltos line.

The large MPV Kia Carnival saw a 20 million VND increase for the 2.2D Signature 7S version, bringing the new selling price to 1.409 billion VND. Meanwhile, other versions remain priced from 1.189 billion to 1.759 billion VND. Notably, the 2.5G Premium version of the Carnival was adjusted down 20 million VND, with a new selling price of 1.014 billion VND, creating more attractive options for customers.

The two versions of Kia Sorento, including 2.5G Premium, 2.5G Signature 7S, 2.5G Signature 6S, have all been reduced by 20 million VND, with new prices of 1.014 billion VND and 1.114 billion VND respectively. This adjustment makes Sorento a more attractive choice in the high-end SUV segment.

The AT Luxury version of the Kia Soluto compact sedan has been reduced by 8 million VND, bringing the new selling price down to 454 million VND. This is a move to increase the appeal of the Soluto line in the low-cost sedan segment.

The Kia Sonet 1.5 Deluxe compact SUV has also been reduced by 5 million VND, with the new selling price being 519 million VND. Although the reduction is not large, it is enough to increase the competitiveness of this model in the market.

The 2.0 AT Premium and 1.6 Turbo versions of the Kia K3 C-size sedan have been reduced by 20 million VND. Accordingly, the new selling price of the 2.0 AT Premium version is 619 million VND and the 1.6 Turbo version is 714 million VND. This makes the Kia K3 a worthy choice in the C-size sedan segment.

Thaco did not disclose the reason for the price change. This is the second time Kia models have had their prices adjusted since the beginning of May. Not only Kia, but also Mazda, Ford and several other brands have had their prices change depending on the model.
