On January 15, a working delegation of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army led by Major General Luu Quang Vu, Deputy Director of the Department of Operations, inspected the combat readiness work and organization of the Lunar New Year 2025 of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command.
