Implementing professional measures to investigate and verify the Facebook account "Shop Pickleball - Ha Long", on the evening of October 28, 2024, Market Management Team No. 1, Market Management Department of Quang Ninh province coordinated with the Police Department of Investigation of Economic Corruption, Smuggling, and Environmental Crimes to inspect the PickleBall Shop Business Household, address: Area 2A, Hong Hai Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, owned by Ms. VTVA, born in 1996.

At the time of inspection, the Inspection Team discovered and temporarily seized 393 rackets, balls, and racket bags with signs of counterfeiting the Franklin and Engage trademarks, which are protected in Vietnam, worth VND83,110,000, and 3,337 smuggled rackets, balls, and pickleball equipment worth VND355,560,000.

Market Management Team No. 1 coordinated with the Police force to inspect at Business Households.

At the time of inspection, Ms. VTVA, representative of the PickleBall Shop Business Household, could not present invoices and documents proving the legal origin of the goods. The inspection team made a record of the temporary seizure of all infringing exhibits for further investigation and verification. After the investigation and verification process, Market Management Team No. 1 transferred the entire case file to the Investigation Police Agency, Quang Ninh Provincial Police to continue investigating and clarifying the violation.
