After listening to the report, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Phong Phu basically agreed with the planning project; at the same time, he requested the Department of Construction to preside over and, together with consulting units, review technical standards and pay more attention to the issue of wastewater drainage. After the Provincial People's Committee approves the planning, it is necessary to have specific measures and mobilize resources to promptly implement the planning, avoiding affecting the lives of people living here.
