“Building the Country – Proud of Vietnam” is a dialogue program broadcast at 8:00 p.m. every Tuesday on the Government Information Fanpage. This is a program with a combined studio-reportage format of only about 15 minutes per episode, placing participants at the center so that macro topics go straight to life. The consistent recognition point is the way each dialogue opens and ends with short, easy-to-understand questions: What does the policy say, at what milestone; what can be done immediately, who is responsible; where will people feel the change. This structure creates a clear follow-up rhythm, helping the public recognize their part of the work instead of just remembering slogans.
Where businesses share practical aspirations, experts assess, and the Government listens
Right from the design, the program considers businesses as a link in the ecosystem of creation. Business leaders, such as Masterise Group, are invited to speak directly about the implementation problem: Resources, processes, real risks and things that need to be adjusted. At the same table, experts in planning, conservation, environment, cyber security, health, education ... convert proposals into standards - methods suitable for Vietnam's conditions, avoiding generalities. Representatives of management agencies confirm goals, timelines, inter-sectoral coordination mechanisms and public monitoring channels.
Thanks to these three roles appearing together in an “open meeting room”, the dialogue does not slide into promotion or formal debate; each opinion returns to the core question: Why is it good for the community and how to implement it within the existing framework. The accompaniment of the official broadcasting channel helps the voices of all parties meet in public, forming a repeatable working process: Enterprises bring real cases and data; experts verify and calibrate; management agencies finalize the roadmap. “Where enterprises share their aspirations and the Government listens” is therefore not a slogan, but an operating method.

Sharing in the talk show, from the perspective of a private enterprise, Ms. Thi Anh Dao - Marketing Director of Masterise Group said that it is time for Vietnamese enterprises to recognize their role as a member of the "national development ecosystem, not simply as an investor, but as a co-creating partner with the State in the development process".
Inspirational, relatable stories
In addition to stories about businesses, the program also looks for ordinary people who are quietly contributing to Vietnam's rise in the new era. The episode "Reaching Vietnam's Orbit" puts space technology in the right place as data infrastructure for development. Associate Professor Dr. Pham Anh Tuan (VNSC) speaks in professional language: Process, testing, ground station operation, engineer training. The short message is that we must be proactive in satellite technology to serve precision agriculture , urban management, environment and disaster prevention.
The episode "Charity Bus" brought the scene back to the commune level with Dr. Huynh Minh Chin, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, with pioneering technology using artificial intelligence to screen for cancer for 10,000 poor women.
The episode “Machines of Desire” at the AHM workshop of farmer Ta Dinh Huy is a lesson in innovative thinking to increase productivity: trial-error-correction, from the first machine models for villagers to products exported abroad.

Meanwhile, the "Returning Talents" line (like the couple Dr. Cao Anh Tuan and Bui Thanh Duyen) inspires the desire to return to Vietnam to start a career and contribute to all young people with Lac Hong bloodline in the world.
The two topics “Financial security in the digital age” and “Journey of happiness” complement each other in terms of quality of life: One side is the minimum rules to protect accounts for families, the elderly, and small businesses; the other side is designing a decent working environment (shifts, emotional support, transparency) for sustainable businesses.
A political dialogue program in a rapidly changing context
The common point of the episodes is that they are inspirational real-life stories and end with a strong spirit of nation building, touching each viewer directly. Businesses are allowed to talk about their aspirations, but must be accompanied by data and commitments; experts are allowed to argue, but must point out solutions for management agencies to listen to in order to have a coordination mechanism. At the same time, the program is broadcast on a social network platform with more than 8 million followers of the Government Information fanpage, making the process take place in front of the public, increasing the level of transparency and monitoring ability. Thanks to that, the program does not stop at fleeting inspiration; each episode leaves a "work within reach" for the community. The spirit of "Proud of Vietnam" is also shown through small but lasting changes: in the right place, at the right time, by the right people.

“Building the Country – Proud of Vietnam” demonstrates an effective way of public communication: Using public dialogue to connect the State - experts - practitioners, keeping a neutral tone, aiming at things that can be done immediately. When these links operate synchronously, the gap between policy and life is shortened and each audience member leaves the screen with a specific feeling: there is something they can start, there are people to work with, there are results to verify together. This is the core value of a political dialogue program in a context of rapid transformation: Bringing the desire for development out of the forum and into daily work./.
